About Group and Squad Lessons
All term group and squad lessons are based on an 8-week term. Make up lessons are held from week 9 onwards.
Absence Notification
If you miss a lesson, please contact your coach at least two hours before the lesson starts. Lessons missed after this time will not be accepted.
Lesson Fees
The lesson fee is non-refundable once paid.
Cancellations Due to Rain or Heat Policy
If a lesson is cancelled due to rain or heat policy, we will contact you by phone or text if possible. If we do not receive a phone call, text or email, we will assume that the lesson has taken place as normal. If there is no answer to your call, you may be on court and we will not be able to take your call. Classes missed due to rain or heat may be made up.
Make-up Lessons
Make up lessons must be completed within the school term.
Casual Absence Other Cancellations
Unfortunately it is not possible to make up casual absentee lessons or to be refunded the cost. Contact us with any queries. There may be times due to staff illness or school events or requirements that we need to cancel lessons. You will be offered a make up or credit in this instance.
